1. Processing Time
- Once your order is confirmed and details are provided, our team will start creating your custom song.
- Standard Production Timeline: 3-7 business days for music production, mix and master depending on package.
2. Delivery Time
- It takes up to 7 business days for us to complete the song.
- An additional day will be taken for video production, if ordered with the song.
- We will keep your song/video on the storage for 30 days from delivery and it will be removed after that to maintain your privacy. This is subject to change based on the storage needs of Thoughtful Beats.
3. Shipping Charges
Digital delivery does not require shipping charges.
4. Express delivery
- Express delivery available for INR 500/-.
- Express delivery timeline will be 2 days.
