Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking talented individuals in the following roles:

🎵 Musicians & Instrumentalists

  • Proficiency in guitar, piano, drums, violin, or other instruments.

  • Ability to create original melodies and harmonies.

  • Have an existing usable library of original music.

🎤 Singers & Vocalists

  • Strong vocal skills and the ability to adapt to different genres.

  • Experience in recording high-quality vocals.

  • Phonetically trained for recording Hindi/English songs.

  • Access to recording setup and internet. We will reimburse you for setup after 12 months of onboarding. 

🎧 Music Producers & Editors

  • Expertise in audio editing software (e.g., FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro).

  • Skills in mixing, mastering, and producing professional-quality tracks.

  • Access to Audio mixing console of our specification. We reimburse partial cost initially and rest after 12 months of association.

  • (Optional) Access to own audio editing software of our specifications.

  • Access to internet to connect to our servers hosting audio editing software and recordings. In case you don’t have your own audio editing software of our specifications.

How It Works?

  1. Apply: Send us an email with your portfolio at joinus@ thoughtfulbeats.com and tell us about your skills and experience.
  2. Onboard: If selected, we’ll sign a contract with you, onboard you, set you up, and provide guidelines for creating custom songs.
  3. Create: Work on projects at your own pace, dedicating a maximum of 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
  4. Earn: Get paid for every project you complete, with the potential to earn up to 80,000 INR a month.
  5. Flexible Payments: Option of choosing weekly payouts to your chosen account.

Earnings Breakdown

  • Base Pay: Earn a fixed amount per project based on your role.
  • Performance Bonuses: Get rewarded for high-quality work and client satisfaction.
  • Monthly Incentives: Top performers can earn additional bonuses.

With consistent effort, you can  earn 60,000–80,000 INR a month while working part-time from comfort of your home town.

1. Do I need professional experience to apply?

While experience is preferred, we welcome passionate individuals with a strong portfolio or demo of their work.

You’ll need basic equipment like a computer, internet connection, audio editing software (optional), recording equipment, and a good-quality microphone with pop filter (if you’re a vocalist).

Payments are made as per schedule and conditions set in the contract. Payments are made via secure methods like bank transfer, PayPal, or UPI, depending on your location and preference.
