THOUGHTFUL BEATS – CUSTOM SONG LICENSE TERMS

By ordering and receiving your customized/personalized song on Thoughtful Beats, you agree to following terms and conditions.

1. License Grant – Personal Use

Thoughtful Beats grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the custom song solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as:

  • Gifting to a loved one
  • Sharing on personal social media accounts (with credit to Thoughtful Beats)
  • Playing at private events (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries)

2. Commercial Use

Commercial use is not included in the standard license.
If you wish to use the custom song for any of the following:

  • Advertising or promotional campaigns
  • Content monetization (e.g., YouTube videos with ads, sponsored posts)
  • Use in branded videos, podcasts, or products
  • Public performances or radio/TV usage

You must obtain a separate commercial license from Thoughtful Beats.

Unauthorized commercial use constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action.

3. Ownership & Credit

  • Thoughtful Beats retains full copyright of all music, lyrics, and composition.
  • You are granted limited usage rights only.
  • When sharing publicly (even non-commercially), include credit:
    “Custom Song by Thoughtful Beats – thoughtfulbeats.com”

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • Sell or redistribute the song
  • Claim authorship
  • Remix, sample, or alter the music without permission
  • Upload it to music streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) unless commercially licensed
  • Use it to abuse, discriminate, bully, harrass any group or individuals.

5. Delivery

Songs are delivered via:

  • Digital download link
  • Physical pen drive (if applicable and available)

Delivery timelines depend on order type and shipping method.

6. Revisions & Modifications

Minor edits may be allowed post-delivery as per our terms and conditions.
Major changes or new requests will be billed separately.

7. Non-Discrimination Clause

Thoughtful Beats values inclusivity. We do not discriminate based on race, gender identity, orientation, religion, age, or nationality in our creative process.

8. Termination

License is immediately terminated upon violation of any of the above clauses. Thoughtful Beats reserves the right to revoke usage rights and take legal action if needed.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
