Refund and Returns Policy - Thoughtful Beats

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 12 hours subject to below. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

12 hours have not passed since your purchase AND the composition of song has not begun yet.
Profanity, offensive input is provided that violates our terms and conditions of usage.

The processing fee of INR 700 will be levied per order for refund. The remaining amount will be credited to your original mode of payment.

The songs are not guaranteed to be 100% error free. There may be regional influences, mother tongue accents and voice effects in the song.

For video products unlimited revisions will be provided for any lyrical errors.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your recent bank account/credit card transactions .

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Bundled purchases

Only single song purchases may be refunded. Bundled purchases cannot be refunded.

Revisions

If names offered by customers are not spelled correctly in the song, only then the revisions will be provided.

Digital delivery

We offer delivery of song digitally and as such no shipping/return shipping is required.

Returns

No returns will be accepted once a song is delivered. Revisions will be provided if there are any errors in the names in the personalized song.
